New products from Vector Laboratories August 2009

Vector Laboratories announces new products as follows:

Vector

Unconjugated Anti-Rhodamine
Cat. No. SP-0602        1 mg
This antibody conjugate has a broad specificity toward various rhodamines and recognizes most, if not all rhodamine related fluorochromes, including Texas Red, tetramethylrhodamine and rhodamine600 (x-rhodamine).

Unconjugated Agarose Beads
Cat. No. AG-1000        10 ml
Unconjugated Agarose Beads are the same beads and are presented in the same format as all of our agarose-conjugated products. These 4% agarose beads are crosslinked to increase flow rates, to reduce compressibility, and to prevent melting in hot solutions. These beads can be used as a negative control in binding studies with other agarose conjugates, for prebinding applications, or for diluting our agarose-conjugated products.

Biotinylated Anti-Mouse IgG Reagent
Cat. No. MKB-2225       0.1 ml
This product is intended for use with the Vector® M.O.M. Immunodetection Kit components.  The working solution for this secondary antibody can be prepared by adding 10 µl of the stock solution to 2.5 ml of M.O.M. diluent.  Note:  This reagent is the same reagent as that contained in the Vector® M.O.M. kits (Cat. Nos. PK-2200, FMK-2201, and BMK-2202).  Reagents supplied in the Vector® M.O.M kits are matched reagents and titrated for the best possible performance.

ImmPRESS Anti-Mouse Ig (Rat Adsorbed)
Cat. No. MP-7422        15 ml
Designed for use with mouse monoclonal antibodies on rat tissues, ImmPRESS Anti-Mouse Ig (rat adsorbed) reagent has ¾1% cross-reactivity with rat IgG and IgM, thus preventing any background staining due to species cross-reactivity.
